I’ve just read your latest diary entry (never miss them) where you talked about “grippos” on Sydney’s roads. Please ask Carl if he was driving a white Commodore through Sutherland one Saturday morning recently and chopped one of the Coluzzi Waterfall bunches to get through a round about first only to then have to stop at a red light. The blokes I was with were speechless when they found out a cyclist did that to us. What hope do we have?

I own a Carl Wilson road bike I bought new in the early 70s which I am restoring. I’m wondering if you’re the son of Carl(pro roadie in Sydney many years ago) who built it. If so, can you put me in contact with him. I need some decals for the resto and wondering whether he still has a stock.
